Soheil Parsa to give workshop and lecture at the XI Festival Iberoamericano of Bogotá.
Soheil Parsa has been invited to
give a master class lecture and workshop at the XI Festival Iberoamericano of
Bogotá
in March 2008.
Soheil will lead a workshop of
Aurash in
Spanish translation with Colombian actors. Soheil will workshop the piece
for 20 hours with a concluding presentation/stage reading of the play.
Soheil will also give a 45-60 minute lecture presentation on the
theatrical traditions of Persia, as well as his process of translation and
adaptation of Persian plays.
